FRONTEO Managed Review Service moved to remote-work using VDI solutions in light of recent outbreak of COVID-19

VDI solution by Google Cloud and FRONTEO’s AI Review “KIBIT Automator” will allow secure review platform access without compromising performance for attorneys working remotely.

NEW YORK, March 25, 2020 – FRONTEO (TSE: 2158), a leading eDiscovery services provider, has migrated its Managed Review Service serviced in the United States to work from home (WFH) remote solution based on Google Cloud due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, in order to protect their employees and continue to serve their clients.  FRONTEO’s WFH remote solution allows attorneys to work in a secure virtual environment with IP tracking, activity monitoring and a locked down system that can prevent saving or printing of data. Assigned dedicated staff will monitor activities and performance of review attorneys using the secure remote solution to ensure continuance support and service for clients and their projects.

By using FRONTEO’s KIBIT Automator, FRONTEO reduced the number of documents for review by 20% and achieved an average review speed of 91.6 documents per hour. This ultra-efficient review resulted in a cost savings of 28.6% for the proof of concept matter.
